This powdercoat line consists of spray equipment, degreaser unit, spray booth, powder sieve, oven, and cyclone.
The spray equipment consists of a Parker Ionics model GX 7000S Pulse Power control unit, a GX 121 hand gun and an extra 40 litre stainless steel powder hopper. These are approximately three years old, have had little use and are in good working condition (new price approximately $12,000).
The degreasing tank has a purpose built conveyor line (can be removed) and is currently using a chemical called Vaporize. The tank size is 3100mm long x 1300mm wide x 1900mm high (overall size 5900mm long x 1700mm wide x 5200mm high).
The gas powered oven has a variable line speed conveyor line and is raised above ground (bottom of oven is 3100mm high). The oven and conveyor are in good working order. Actual oven size is 6100mm long x 2400mm wide. Overall size including conveyor is approx 12000mm long x 3500mm wide x 5000mm high.
A cyclone unit for recycling powder is connected to the spray booth. There is also a powder sieve for sieving recycled powder. Both are in good working order.
A new owner has purchased the building but has no use for the equipment and hence wants a prompt sale.
