This large industrial mulcher is designed for skid / logging sites to turn mulch into arable land in one pass (no double handling) at up to 500 cubic metres per hour for pine greenwaste (for windrows – 1000 cubic metres per hour). It features a purpose built 2100mm (seven feet) wide, mechanically driven, mulching head driven by 1000HP rated fluid drive through a 988B cat loader differential head to a chain drive. It is powered by a Cummins VTTA28C V12 engine which has run 1500 hours. The trackframe is Timberjack model 2618 extreme duty D6 trackgear (70% remaining) and the tracks have Sunstrand dual hydrostatic track drives. The cab is air conditioned, soundproof and suspended with a roll over protection structure. Fuel: 1200 litres (300 gallons). The owner will demonstrate the machine working and will refund airfares if a purchase results. Will fit on a forty foot flatdeck for sea shipping. Spare parts readily available.
