On offer is a Bosch pill blister former and carton packer. The machine has been used for packing contraceptive pills. Has colour detecting cameras for placement of differing pills. Production rate of about 30 cartons per minute (10 blisters per carton). Plattens are 140mm (this is difficult to increase) and 170mm (this can be increased). Film width is 150mm. This machine will form the blisters, and load with product and seal. It forms the carton from trays and fills the carton with blister packs. There are 4 hoppers to feed blisters. There are screens for colour pre-processor and blister controller. Complete books on all aspects of the machine are available for any further information.
