This Hayman (FD8) benchtop bain marie is in as new condition and has had very limited use since purchased new by the seller several months ago (purchased mid 2014). Can be used in either wet heat (with water in the base) or dry heat via heat lamp or in dual tandem functions. Has a sliding door for access from the rear only (not a self service model) and has fixed angled front glass. Has thermostat (dial) temperature control along with controls heat lamp and top illumination lighting. Has three (3x) 1/1 product trays measuring internally approx 290mm x 500mm x 100mm deep and two (2x) smaller trays measuring internally approx 290mm x 240mm x 60mm deep.
