These NEW batch homogenising emulsifying units come in two (2) model Mixer 200 and Mixer 500 designed for processing 200 litre and 500 litre containers respectively. At 1400 rpm it homogenises & emulsifies and at 900 rpm the unit crushes - the Mixer 500 model has the dual 900 & 1400 rpm settings.

It is designed to operate directly inside the cooking vessel at an incredibly fast rate. It simplifies considerably potatoes mashing or soup making operations. The units not only operate at great speed but also ensures good quality results. The dynamics of its rotating blades assumes a perfect homogeneity in the whole mass of the product.

The following are the two models available so that a choice can be made according to the job it has to perform:

MIXER 200 model:
- For processing containers up to 200 litres.
- Ventilated 1.5kW (IP54) 400V, 50Hz motor.
- Turbine / emulsion head speed 1400 rpm.
- Weight 88kg.

MIXER 500 model:
- For processing containers up to 500 litres.
- Ventilated 2.2kW (IP54) 400V, 50Hz motor.
- Turbine / emulsion head dual speeds 900 rpm / 1400 rpm.
- Weight 113kg.

The turbine / emulsion head extends to 1605mm when in operation and compacts to 1000mm in length when in stowed position.

Design features include:
- Frame in satin finished stainless steel equipped with two (2) fixed wheels and two (2) castors with brake and handle.
- Turbine and flexible arm in polished stainless steel.
- Turbine / emulsion head equipped with grate and rotating head which is removable for cleaning.
- Integral accessories and safeties: two (2) grates fine and coarse for differing processing, safety device allowing the machine operation only when pivoted in to working position, and protection against motor overheating.
- Low voltage control board equipped with push start button, 2 speeds (for the Mixer 500 model only), stop push button, and indicator light when the machine stops due to reverse phase.
