These NEW Series 500 fillers are a heavy duty, single nozzle, piston filler for all types of liquids, creams, pastes, gels, etc. containing particulate matter up to 22mm diameter.
Volumes dispensed can range from 250ml to over 5 litres per cycle, depending on model selected.
During a filling cycle, the product piston travels back to draw product from the hopper into a precision machined cylinder, then extends forward to fill.
Product is dispensed into the container through a filling nozzle and/or cut-off device.
Also available in this series are multiple head versions, with up to 12 filling heads.
Features include:
• Available as a single head (model 505) or in multiple heads upto 12 across,
• Volume range 250ml to 5000ml with 6 metering cylinder options,
• Versatile design using pneumatic controls with foot switch or electrical initiation,
• Product supply to the filler via a 50 or 80 litre conical hopper or suction hose,
• Optional multiple stroke mechanism for larger fills,
• Double acting version for continuous fills of larger containers,
• 3 types of product valves available; standard rotary, large rotary and check valve,
• A wide range of non-drip shutoff nozzles is available with different outlets,
• Can be set up as manual or fully automatic with container indexing,
• Often used in conjunction with horizontal &/or vertical form fill seal machines or vacuum thermoformers,
• Also used in the bakery industry for depositing pie fillings, batters, cake mixes, toppings etc,
• Material may be handled cold or hot (hot fill capable),
• A range of portable stands, low level, standard and heavy duty with adjustable height.
