These NEW small (200 or 300 litre) mobile dairy pasteurisation units are used by many overseas dairy farms who pasteurize the milk fed to calves because it has been proven to be much healthier and more beneficial for the animals. Can be used with “sick” or antibiotic milk which is unfit for sale and is likely to be rejected by Fonterra as it has high mastitis or soil contaminated due to the high bacteria content. Could also be used by small scale cheese or yoghurt makers manufacturing in separate buildings. Made by a large Greek manufacturer and meet NZ dairy regulations.

Consists of two parts:
Water and power supply unit with a 12kW heater which warms the cold water up to 90 to 100 degrees C to supply the heat exchanger and then cools the pasteurised milk back down to feeding temperature.Mobile wheeled vessel powered by batteries which can power the unit for at least 2.5 hours continuous running. Has stirrer, water filters, feeding pump and PLC controller with touch control screen.

In the model for powder, they have added a high speed motor and an inverter in order to variate the rpms (30 rpm for pasteurization, 340 rpm for powder). They changed the software in the plc and changed the agitation paddle for both functions.
