The name of this fruit already releases a certain part of its exotic characteristics. It is therefore used as a superior type additive ingredient in rather small amounts for a large number of products such as mixed juices and tropical cocktails. With highly specialised technology for tropical fruits this manufacturer also has the know how to process passion fruits, either the smaller purple type or the larger yellow type.
Special focus should be put on the dedicated juice extractor available the PASSYPRESS.
Also available for the processing of this fruit are RECEIVING, WASHING, SORTING equipment as fresh passion fruits are mainly received in cases and poured into our washer. For a perfect washing of the fruits we advise the installation of a brusher unit.
The PASSYPRESS / SUPERPASSY are this manufacturers dedicated machines for passion fruit juice extraction. The machine is available in different models with a capacity ranging from 800 to 4500 kg/hr. Its technology is based on explosion of the fruits. Depending on the size, the Passypress is equipped with guidance forks for a proper feeding and additional juice recovery.
The pilot version is a PASSYPRESS 250 with a capacity of 800 kg/hr and also available is the production model a SUPERPASY 600 with a capacity of 2500 kg/hr. Also available is a peel shaker for additional juice recovery.
Also available as part of the process is DEPULPING / REFINING equipment. Depending on the intended capacity, this manufacturer can offer SUPERCREAMER and JUMBOCREAMER which are sieve type refiners. Also available are decanters or centrifuges which can be used to further reduce the pulp content.
Also available are CONCENTRATORS such as a plate evaporator for the treatment of low viscosity juices and according to the requirements the unit can be equipped with AROMA RECOVERY.
STERILISATION equipment can also be supplied via plate sterilisers along with ASEPTIC FILLING via the C.A.F. (Compact Aseptic Filler) either in the classic single or double head compact aseptic filler for large capacities of PT.A.F. (Pilot Aseptic Filler) for small capacities in a single head compact aseptic filler designed for the filling of 3 to 20 litre bags. The machine is equipped with an aseptic buffer tank and can also fill 200 litre bags in drums.
