These NEW Iopak bench mounted piston fillers (hopper and rotary valve) are suitable for liquids, pastes and creams such as cold cream, honey, fruit puree, etc. Has a filling range of between 25 to 250ml with an accuracy of +/- 1%.

It features:
• Rotary valve fitted on fill head,
• Positive shut-off valve,
• Stroke limitation fill volume adjustment,
• Is designed for table top use or in-line configuration,
• It is fitted with a hopper to receive more viscous products,
• The filler can handle product 85 degrees C as the supplier can fit different inexpensive seals,
• Is of fully stainless steel construction.

The filling cycle is initiated by a foot operated pedal or it can be used as an in-line unit. The control system is electro / pneumatic.

Requires an air supply of 3.5kgf/cm2 and an electric supply of 240V AC single phase.
