On offer is this used / secondhand belt conveyor which is mobile on height adjustable legs with lockable castor wheels at one end. The belting has solid stainless steel tray underneath for belt support. The conveyor has belt tensioning and is belt driven through a geared reduction. The seller has outlined: The conveyor was taken of a food processing line. The PVC belt has a useable length of 4000mm and a useable width of 495mm with side walls either side 50mm high. Overall the conveyor measures 4050mm long x 520mm wide and has height adjustable legs that are on castors. The legs have a height adjustment range from 900mm to 1020mm max height so legs have 120mm of adjustment. The conveyor has galvanised steel legs and housing area for the motor/gearbox which has minimal surface rust (drums maybe steel and stainless) with the rest of the conveyor (tray, side walls etc) all stainless steel. The belt is in good condition - there are cuts on the belt but only through the PVC, not through the ply with some damage to the sides but if trimmed 5mm on the sides would sort nearly all damage. The conveyor has been run (links to videos below) and the sensor wasn't working so other than that there were no issues. The 0.25kW drive motor is single phase driven.
