This chilled water unit is from an ex-dairy application. Was used by the present owner to chill water for cooling hot pouches of diced fruit. Has been cooling 20L / min of water from 25 degrees C to 22.5 degrees C. The McAlpine compressor, condenser (150mm diameter x 800mm long), and evaporator (2 fan) is 3 phase and uses refrigeration R12. It is all mounted on a steel frame. The water is chilled via a stainless steel vessel 330mm diameter through a 20mm wide jacket.
