These NEW, fully stainless steel, rack ovens can come in six sizes and can be fired by diesel, gas, or electrical heating supply. Diesel and gas versions have 2.5kW total power and electric versions have from 18 to 57kW. Heating power from 17,500 to 54,000 Kcal per hour. Baking area from 3.6 to 18 square metres (12 to 18 trays). They reach up to 320 degrees C. They are strong and simple designed for minimum maintenance, maximum use and totally uniform and high quality baking results. The control panel screen is easy to manage and has advanced instrumentation. Can come accompanied with a variety of associated ancillary items such as steel or stainless steel racks, trays, etc. The prices of these oven models range from Euro 13,000 through to Euro 21,000.
