These NEW hopper fed inclined tube augers are suitable for conveying dry free flowing goods such as powder and granular products and has a product discharge height of 1850mm (1.85m). These units are used heavily in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

They feature:
Grade 304 stainless steel construction
200 litre hopper
Rated a capacity of up to 3m3/hr
Armour plate glass lid over the hopper
Safety grate over the hopper
Forward / reverse and stop controls
Easy to clean
Tube diameter of 114mm
Tube thickness of 2mm
3 phase, 0.75kW screw / auger motor
Vibratory motor (0.06kW) on the hopper to prevent product bridging
Can be mobile on wheels or on levelling/height adjustable jacking screw feet - the price displayed is for jacking screw feet to be fitted

The diameter of the shaft is 32mm. Please see the attached photo showing what the augers look like. We send these machines out in 2 pieces to lower the freight cost – 1x crate with the hopper and 1x crate with the auger tube and auger.

Other sizes of hopper fed auger are available as these are fabricated to order, so for example they can be built to come with larger hoppers, output capacities and differing discharge heights to suit your requirements - when making your enquiry please specify you are looking for a custom build and we will then request details to have a draft drawn up for signoff, pricing etc before fabrication is undertaken.
