On offer is this used / secondhand continuous cooking and cooling system used previously on rice and could be used for other carbohydrate or products. The line is operated via an Allen Bradley PLC. The equipment comprises of a vertical column Roser bin lifter / tipper which feeds product on to a cleated inclined conveyor which then conveys product to the continuous cooker which then feeds to the continuous cooler with product then passing over a shaker screen and then discharged (seller previously collected finished product in Dixie bins). The equipment is stainless steel construction and has had very little production use.

The raw product feeding equipment includes a Roser bin lifter tipper (1998 year new) which is rated a maximum lift weight of 300kg. The tipper measures overall 1250mm long x 650mm wide x 230mm high. The tipper feeds into the hopper fed cleated inclined conveyor which has belt 270mm wide and is fitted with shallow cleats. The conveyor overall measures 2500mm long x 1100mm wide x 1950mm high and is constructed of dimple plated stainless steel.

The FMA rotary cooker is stainless steel construction and has rotary cooking drum approximately 1900mm long with 2mm meshed holes. It utilises live steam injection (via ports) and hot water sprays for cooking product. Has hinged lids in the top and measures overall approximately 2800mm long x 1450mm wide x 2200mm high.

The cooker then feeds to the FMA rotary cooling unit which is stainless steel construction and has rotary cooking drum approximately 1700mm long with 2mm Ã˜ meshed holes. It utilises pipework (previously running glycol) and water sprays for cooling product. Has hinged lids in the top and measures overall approximately 2400mm long x 1500mm wide x 1650mm high.

Cooled product is then fed onto a stainless steel shaker screen with screen 500mm wide with 3mm Ø meshed holes. The screen measures overall 1500mm long x 900mm wide x 1250mm high. The screen cooked and cooled product was then collected in wheeled dixie bins.
