This versatile packing line features an Ishida 8 mix, 32 multihead weigher with the model being CCW-RV-232B-8S/15-WP. This machine can run from 10 gram packs up to whatever you want (5kg+) and can do single mix right up to 8 way mix and can also have the option to run 2 different products at one time (the machine can operate as two halves). It has memory hoppers, IQF dimpled buckets and IQF auto tare. Full wash down. At full speed on one product it could do nearly 200 combinations per minute. Running mixed products it can do 100+ per minute. For those wanting to pack IQF this was previously used for packing frozen fruit so for anyone wanting to do individual quick frozen it is “IQF Ready” and functions efficiently even in temperatures as low as -18°C, with dimpled buckets and auto tare feature. With IQF it needs to have an auto tare feature to ensure the machine compensates for the build-up of ice.
Complementary hardware also available for sale at additional cost includes six (6x) vibratory feed conveyors, check weigher, metal detector, switch board, bin tipper for packing along with Sellotape machine. The weigh head frame, where the staff work to feed the weigh head has 85 square metres of floor.
