This automatically rotated tray sealing machine is capable of 12 cycles per minute, up to 4 trays at a time, or 20,000 meals a day. Can seal atmospheric and vacuum packs for retort and autoclave. Can seal gas flush packs for extended shelf life purposes. Can produce packs with a contoured film cut and seal. Complete with integrated vacuum pump.

The seller who provided the advertisement details has stated: Its capable but not setup for MAP so would need to get kit installed from supplier. It has been used only as a tray sealer with the rotating table (and pressure valve) applicator. This machine was made in 2012. We purchased it brand new and it was used for very low volume tray sealing since October 2016. As we are now doing only 1,000 meals a day we have moved to a much smaller bench top machine. Pictured is an option that has been added – a value feeder with hypersonic valve applicator to film but this can be used for tray seal only. Our purchase price was more than $300K.
