The seller has stated:- This is a used / secondhand stainless steel spray cooler / Praxair naturewash ozone disinfectant washer (or could be used with a chlorine application) which comes with 609.6mm (24") wide by 6705mm (22') long SS rod-wire belt with 3.175mm (1/8") x 19mm (0.75") belt openings. Has 95.25mm (3.75") aperture clearance above the belt for product travel.

Is fitted with gentle sprays, suitable for delicate products above and below the belt. Has full water catch / drain pan underneath. Is mounted on a common stainless steel frame with a big air-blast / air-knife dewatering blower at the discharge, along with a stainless steel recirculation pump with filter. The "air system" is a Reyco water vac system. It is a Model WV1B20. It has a 20 HP blower. The water is removed by being pulled down through the belt and is collected in the large tank under the blower. There is a pump for emptying the tank when the tank fills up. This is a well known brand and the system alone sells in the $20K+ range. I have had calls asking if we would sell just this system separate from the tunnel.

Comes with an ozone generator with injection blower, A-B touch screen control panel with stainless steel electrical box with VFD speed controllers.

Can be utilised as a spray chiller (just pump in cold water), or as a combination cooler / disinfectant washer. The ozone disinfectant process does not degrade delicate flavours like chorine does.

The seller has commented the equipment is to be sold as is, but in good condition with inspection most welcome. Skidding, loading, securing into export container at no additional charge.
