This steam pressure peeler has a peeler chamber approximately 300 litres in capacity and is capable of a maximum of 4 tph. Peel time per batch is approx 1 minute. Has certification as a pressure vessel. The opening into and out of the peeler is 325mm one way and the other way because of door hinge (which could be altered) 245mm.

It comes with 2x 2 inch (50mm) valves, blow down vessel that goes with the peeler (for the exhaust steam) and some pipework but does require stand as this is being retained by the owner company but comes with mounting shafts.

Was originally purchased for $40,000. The owner has reduced his asking price and has said he will consider any reasonable offers.

Morrow Engineering the manufacturers have outlined: Typically, it is capable of up to 3000 kg of raw product potatoes/hr. At present it was set to 2000 – 2500 of raw product.
