This used / second hand Urschel 30C is designed for crosscut slicing and is effectively a length cutter for elongated products such as green beans, asparagus, carrots and alike. The cut length is adjustable producing uniform cut length cut. The unit is stainless steel contact parts and is mounted on a steel frame. The unit is fitted with a spray assembly into the cutting head and has stainless steel vibratory slotted screen on the outfeed with the tray being 280mm wide with screen slots approx 20mm long x 6mm wide. A spray type boom is also mounted to spray over the discharge screen. Requires 3 phase power.
