These single lane linear weighing systems include vibratory feeder, weigh scale and batch controller. These vibratory bag filler weighers are designed to batch weigh most granular products and powders with consistent performance. It utilises a load cell platform and controller specifically designed for simple and accurate economical batching.

It has the capacity of 0.25 kg, 0.5kg, 1.5kg, and 5kg (optional 10 to 1000kg) batch sizes. An accuracy of +/- 0.2 to 0.5% depending on speed required.
Speeds up to 8-10 per minute depending on the weight of the product and the accuracy required.

The control enclosure is protection to IP65 standards.

Optional extras include:
Bag holder,
